We provide a full 24 hour emergency service based here in Gillingham

Home Visits
In order to provide the best possible care we encourage all clients to bring their pets to the surgery where we have at our disposal additional staff, equipment and medicines. However we do understand that on occasion attending the surgery can be difficult or stressful and so provision for home visits can be arranged. We do ask that all requests for home visits be made as early as possible, preferably before 9-30 am.

Fees
We accept payment by cash, cheque and all major debit and credit cards. Estimates for procedures can be provided on request and all work undertaken is accompanied by a fully itemised invoice.We do request payment at the time for all work carried out although exception can be made in certain circumstances and at the discretion of a company director. We strongly encourage pet insurance to provide peace of mind in case of unforeseen circumstances.
